Our stores operations are still different, so our Unbelievable Rewards program and military and senior discounts will remain a Gabe’s-only functionality.

There will be no business disruption for customers or associates, as Gabe’s and Old Time Pottery stores will continue to operate independently under their own brand names through the remainder of 2023.

What does this mean for my Gabe’s/Old Time Pottery location?
Right now, not much! You’ll continue to shop the same brands and products you love at deeply discounted prices. Moving forward, we’re excited to offer you an expanded selection of the quality products you love from both our stores, all at extremely low prices.

What about my emails?
If you are signed up for Gabe’s loyalty program, you will continue to receive emails. If you’d like to sign up, you can do so here.  
If you are signed up for Old Time Pottery emails, you will continue to receive them. If you’d like to sign up, you can do so here.

What about my Unbelievable Rewards membership?
Currently, the Gabe’s Unbelievable Rewards® program will continue to run independently to Gabe’s customers. At this time, members cannot earn Rewards or apply Rewards on Old Time Pottery purchases.

How can I hear about more changes?

What about discounts, do they apply both places?
No, currently Gabe’s offers military, senior citizen, and loyalty promotions. These will remain only available for Gabe’s customers.

Can I return merchandise to a different store than I purchased from?
You can only return merchandise to the store brand you purchased from. For example, if you purchased from a Gabe’s location you can return your merchandise to any Gabe’s location but not to any Old Time Pottery location.

Is layaway offered at all locations now?
No, layaway will continue to be offered only to the 129 Gabe’s locations. Old Time Pottery locations do not offer layaway at this time.
