Do they wear more silver, tend towards gold, or strictly wear rose colored metals? Knowing what they’re drawn to will ensure that what you pick matches well with the jewelry they’ll wear alongside it. Also worth noting: Any metal allergies that can affect what they’ll wear.

Consider the Occasion

Is there a wedding coming up that they’ll be dressing up for? Or are they looking for an everyday earring that is suitable for work? Understanding how your loved one will wear the jewelry you buy will mean they’ll get the best use out of it.
