What is your return policy?
At Old Time Pottery, our customers are our top priority! We want you to be happy with all your purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please bring the merchandise to an Old Time Pottery location for return or exchange with your valid receipt within 30 days of purchase for a hassle-free process.

Can I pay for my purchase at Old Time Pottery with a Gabe's Gift Card?
No, Gabe's Gift Cards are not accepted at Old Time Pottery. However, Old Time Pottery Gift Cards are available for purchase.
Where are your stores located? What are your store hours?

Do you offer discounts (i.e., military, first responders, teachers, senior citizens) or coupons (% off purchase, etc)?
We strive to provide the lowest prices possible on every item, every day, for every customer. Because of this, we do not offer discounts or accept coupons on our merchandise. We believe that you can still save vs. the competition without them!
How do I go about requesting a donation?
We serve many communities across the Midwest and Southeast, so we are very selective in choosing whom to provide a donation. You may send a request to customer.service@gabes.net or use our contact form. However, we are simply unable to accommodate a vast majority of requests.
How do I apply for a job at Old Time Pottery?
For In-Store, Store Support Center and Distribution Center positions, please apply online though our careers page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover cards.
Who do I contact with a question about a particular item?
While every store carries the same types of merchandise, availability of specific items can vary by store. It’s best to call your local store when inquiring about the availability of a particular item.
How do I go about recommending a new store location in my area?
We are constantly looking for new areas to expand our stores. Please complete our contact form or email us at customer.service@gabes.net with your location suggestions, and we’ll pass it along to our real estate team.
Do you offer wholesale and/or tax-exempt purchases?
Old Time Pottery allows tax exempt purchases from eligible businesses in accordance with local, federal and state law. While we do not offer additional discounts, we welcome our business and non-profit customers to shop with us for their décor needs.
Do you offer motorized carts or wheelchairs?
Currently, Old Time Pottery does not offer motorized carts, but each store has wheelchairs. Additionally, all stores are ADA compliant and can easily accommodate our customers’ personal assistance devices
