 MARYLAND EXCEPTIONS

• Customers must sign written agreement with full name and address.

• Customers will have a 15 Day grace period to make a payment. 

• If an item placed in layaway is reduced as clearance within 10 days of layaway set-up, customer may return the item for full price, with layaway receipt, and re-purchase for the current sale price.   

• If cancelled within 7 days of set up, all fees and payments will be refunded in the same form of original payment.

OHIO EXCEPTIONS

• Layaways must be $500 or LESS.

• You may cancel your layaway of $500 or less before 60 days since the initial layaway with written notice at the store where you created your layaway. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment. After 60 days, you must contact Customer Service at 1-800-458-6546 within 90 days of cancellation. Please fill out our cancellation form online or in store.
